Hello Spongus, reason why you cant withdraw is you have to set the language to english on your keyboard and then type in U .

Alternativelly copy paste this : U7271440

It is very funny because i tried this on my own profile by copy pasting your account number and it didnt work, then I tried typing in with my keyboard again and it worked.
